PWT was founded in December 2020 with the intend to work with local and overseas partners to fabricate products used in semiconductor industry. As a newly formed company, we are currently providing basic services such as aluminum welding, TIG welding and tube bending which comply to UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) and HV (High Vacuum) welding requirements. As part of an on-going plan to expending on our capabilities, we will be adding new cleanroom facility and equipment along the way to target gas line product and assembly that meets HP (High Purity) and UHP (Ultra High Purity) requirements.
As the saying goes, the best weld in the world is no weld. However in our modern world, it's inevitable to avoid welding due to design, cost, manufacturability, etc. Hence we have put together a team of experience and certified welders whom are capable to work closely with our customer and provide them with our best quality welding services.
We also work closely with our customers and partners to overcome challenging product to ensure that the end product comply to all the dimensional tolerances and testing requirements which are crucial in high end equipment.
Tube Bending
We provide tube bending services for stainless steel and copper tube. These cooling tubes are usually used as part of the cooling plate for reactor chamber, power supply, etc.
TIG Welding
Our TIG welding are mainly focus on stainless steel and aluminum material and we provide finish products range like frame structure, exhaust manifold, water manifold, drainer/strainer, UHV flanges, etc.
As these product which are usually used on semiconductor equipment, we will perform pressure and vacuum leak check to ensure no leakage after welding
Other Value Added Services
As part of our commitment to our customer, we provide full-turn key assemblies as well. As most of the weldment parts are fabricated within our facility, it will only make sense for us to integrate them and perform the functional testing and leak checking. These assemblies include particle filter cart for reactor chamber, water manifold box, water hoses, etc.
We also provide testing and certification for UHV/HV parts services upon request.
